5 Reasons – Daily Routine is Important

When it comes to a daily routine, everyone has their own ideas. These days, many people don’t want that much structure and prefer to do something whenever they feel like it.  However, I am here to tell you that a regular daily schedule is vital to your business, your health, and your life.

Why is a daily schedule so important for us to live with proper work-life balance?

1. Our body likes a regular regimen for a daily routine

It is scientifically proven that an irregular daily routine and lack of sleep can contribute to many diseases. So it is definitely beneficial to set up your day so that you do the main things at around the same time. Your body will thank you for it. You don’t have to go to bed and get up at an exact time, or always eat your lunch at precisely 12 o’clock. Set your time blocks in the range of 30-60 minutes when you will go to sleep, get up, work, exercise, and eat.  Also, set aside some time for yourself or to hang out with friends.

The human brain is slow to adapt to change. But believe me, when you have followed a regular routine for just a month, your brain encodes it and everything will work out easily for you, as if you have always worked like this. So you have to persevere. As a reward, you will have improved work-life balance and a better mood.

2. Eat a lot of dinner

The first meal of the day is very important for gaining energy after sleep. It is not necessary to have breakfast immediately after waking up, but rather to set a time after waking up when it suits you to eat. Definitely enjoy breakfast in peace and without work. As for recommending a suitable menu for breakfast, it’s up to you but try to incorporate a healthy balance of protein, carbohydrates, and a little fat.  Breakfast is also an excellent time of day to eat the fruit your body needs.

On the contrary, dinner should be light and should be eaten at least 2 hours before bedtime, so that the body can digest the food and you can fall asleep in peace. Tryo to avoid eating large quantities of slow-to-digest meat in the evening. While alcohol does make some people sleepy, it interferes with your deep sleep overnight. If you have trouble falling asleep, try replacing alcohol with, for example, CBD drops, which will calm your body and improve your sleep quality.

3. Set aside time when you will not be available for work

Setting the boundaries of work and personal life is one of the most difficult things in today’s hectic world. But it is also one of the most important things for the health of your mind and body, and determines a person’s satisfaction.

If you can divide the day so that you do not use any social networks for a certain period of time and put your phone in flight mode at least during a meal and two hours before bedtime, you will do more for yourself than you think. You need to let your brain rest sometimes.

4. Time to move

The vast majority of people today sit all day, first at work and then on the couch. But this is not natural for us and it is necessary to give the body movement. If you are tired of lifting dumbbells, running or cycling, then go for a long walk in the fresh air, ideally in nature.

5. Sleep ritual for your daily routine

The variety of bedtime rituals can be endless. From deep breathing for 5 minutes, to relaxation exercises and stretching, or listening to relaxing music, there are so many things you can do to help ease your body, mind, and spirit into sleep. If you are a fan of apps, you should definitely download CALM. Rest assured that your mind will calm down and relax after only a few minutes with this great app.
