When it comes down to “how to be productive”, there is a lot that you can do. But between various workshops, strategies, tips, tactics, books, and other noise, it can be extremely hard to know where to start. Today we will name the top 5 productive apps that you can use to help you to increase productivity and become highly efficient!

MONDAY

Monday is a customizable web and mobile work management platform.  It’s the visual workspace where teams get work done. With this app, you can collaborate with your team for all assignments with easy to use controls and work together as an organized group. You will be able to organize and manage projects, tasks and teams from an intuitive interface.

Teamwork takes no work with task planner and project schedule features, so you can make sure you’re on track with quick charts, check-ins and deadline management.

Monday offers multiple options for workers and that’s why is one of our favourite productivity apps!

CANVA

For all the creatives minds, if you don’t know it yet, Canva is a free graphic design platform that allows you to easily create invitations, business cards, flyers, lesson plans, Zoom backgrounds, and more using professionally designed templates.

It’s like having a basic version of Photoshop that’s free and doesn’t require extensive photo editing knowledge to use. Canva is home to thousands of free, professionally designed templates that, thanks to their drag and drop interface, can be customized with just a few clicks.

There’s a “Getting Started with Canva” course that provides a quick overview of all the things you can do on the platform, a “Canva for Education” course for teachers to set up their virtual classroom, and a “Canva Pro” course highlighting Pro features and tips for using them. Canva Pro is a paid premium version of Canva with added features.

Canva’s interface treats each part of your creation as a separate element: The image is one element, colors are other elements, text is another element, and graphics are another. This means creating with Canva is broken down into easy chunks you can tackle one at a time.

Not only a productive app but also as creative as Photoshop!
